Ratih Primatia has served as President Director of the Company since 20 December 2024. She leads the organization in strengthening its position as a leading insurance partner by delivering innovative and personalized insurance solutions aligned with customers’ evolving needs. Under her leadership, the Company continues to build a strong operational and governance foundation, enhance stakeholder value, and advance toward its next phase of sustainable growth through strategic execution and customer-centric innovation.

Indra Nur Fatriansyah
Indra Nur Fatriansyah is a legal and corporate governance professional with extensive experience in the insurance and financial services industry. He currently serves as President Commissioner, effective from 20 November 2023, where he supervises legal, regulatory, and corporate compliance matters, ensuring alignment with applicable laws and industry regulations. Indra holds a Master's Degree in Law from Universitas Indonesia in 2019 and has completed various certifications and courses related to law, corporate governance and risk management.

Adi Purnomo Wijaya
Adi has effectively served as commissioner since 3 December 2020. Adi is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, particularly in life insurance. He is one of the founders of Manulife Indonesia and was part of Manulife Indonesia since its establishment in 1984, serving in various leadership roles with his last position as Director in 2010. He later joined another life insurance company as Vice President Director until 2016, where he was actively involved in several strategic management initiatives. Adie has also been actively engaged in national financial organizations and has contributed to discussions on legislative development, employment, taxation, regulatory frameworks, and the implementation of Indonesia’s National Health Social Security Program. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Universitas Brawijaya and completed the Manulife Officer Leadership Program at the University of Toronto, Canada.
